I was helping this boy build more muscle, per his request. Nothing like some forced workouts from a creative mind to “motivate” a boy, right?
For just about every workout (wherever it was possible, while still keeping him safe), I used his balls as his motivation. I tied a rope around his balls with a loop tied off in the rope. Then I strategically hooked a bungee cord from his tied balls to whatever I was making him pull down/up/in, or wherever. He could only release the weights so far before it would start to stretch his balls…and he knew his balls wouldn’t be released until he completed the set. So it was in his best interest to crank out all the reps without getting lazy. Then he got a break after each set (with his balls released).
